One of the worst experiences I have had. Everything started out great until they asked if they could move my stuff from my storage unit to the one next door in return for one month of rent. I agreed to this and called back a week later to see if anything was damaged during the move. They told me that they did not end up moving my stuff and I would not get a free months rent. Later when I returned to my storage unit I found out this was not the case. They moved half of my stuff to the next door storage unit and worked on my original storage unit without removing everything. Doing this they caused me over $500 in damages. I requested that I get my one months free rent that they promised and they finally agreed after 5 or so calls to remind them to credit me. After this due to buying the nicest insurance they offer I tried to get compensated for what they damaged. After about 10 phone calls I realized that they would not honor insurance and how shady of a company they are. I would not recommend anyone using this company. They have horrible customer service, a horrible manager and horrible company policies. The pictures show how they installed a box on the wall and destroyed my stuff.

Jennifer was very knowledgeable, friendly and returned calls and texts promptly. Fair pricing, easy access and a clean unit to store our boat in. Highly recommend Uptown for your storage needs.
